| Field | Description |

| Username | The username must be unique in the agency. A traveller profile can therefore not have the same username as that of an administrator |
| Name | First name and surname of the administrator |
| E-Mail address of the administrator | |
| Phone | Phone number of the administrator |
| Language | Assign the language in which the user interface should appear for a given administrator |
| Home Agency | Default Agency for the administrator. Circle administrators are able to change the agency if there are multiple agencies in their circle |
| Add. managed agencies | Allocate additional agencies for administration. More agencies can be allocated by clicking "add new". This has to be added to the profile by either Umbrella support, by a circle administrator or an agency administrator who has been assigned the rights to be able to administrate all the agencies in question Note: This field appears only if an agency administrator role is selected |

| Linked Traveller profile | If Admin also has a traveller profile, you may link it here |
| Profile reminders | This is only visible if the module Profile Reminder has been activated on the agency under Agency Settings This field indicates if the administrator wants to be informed of any expired profile data of his associated traveller profiles.

| Send Credentials | After creating a profile, one can send the credentials to the user so that he/ she can log into Umbrella Faces This can be done after saving the Admin profile and re-displaying it |
| Role | Role is assigned upon creation of the administrator but can be updated based on roles created for the agency. Choose the predefined role to be assigned to the particular user from the drop down list See Roles for information on creating them |
