Any number of administrators can be created for an agency or company. Prior to setting up administrators, you will need to set up Roles
If set up as an agency admin, they will have permissions for all agencies listed in their profile. If set up as company admin, the companies they need to access need to be added to their admin profile.
*Note: Linked Traveller profile is informational only and does not have functionality to view the profile any differently than other travellers they have access to.
An administrator login will be deactivated if not used for 90 days. If "activating" a profile due to de-activation, the administrator will need to log in and set the password immediately as to not have the system deactivate again during the daily processing.
