Credentials
Please request Web Service credentials from your Deem account executive, for both publishing and polling between Umbrella Faces. For each company you wish to connect you will be required to add the Company domain and domain
Once you receive credentials from Deem, please forward to faces-support@umbrella.ch along with your agency name. Our support team will then add the interface to your agency setup and confirm once in place

Please refer to our standard Deem mapping and custom Deem mapping knowledge base pages to ensure all required links between Deem and Umbrella Faces traveller profiles are in place
Company setup
Add the Company Domain and Domain provided by Deem to connect the Umbrella Faces company to the corresponding setup within Deem
