Field	Description
Username	The username must be unique in the agency. A traveller profile can therefore not have the same username as that of an administrator
Name	First name and surname of the administrator
E-Mail	E-Mail address of the administrator
Send Credentials	After creating a profile, one can send the credentials to the user so that he/ she can log into Umbrella Faces
Phone	Phone number of the administrator
Active	Check box to activate or deactivate the administrator
