Note: If the mTrip certificate expires then provision of a new one by mTrip can only be activated/included with the next production release of Umbrella Faces
Additional support
- Verify that the user exists in Faces and that the is user not registered multiple times in case the SSO is hooked up to something non-unique like the e-mail
- If that does not resolve the issue please email faces-support@umbrella.ch providing the exact timestamp of the issue as well as a captured HAR-File for the SSO process.
