mTrip uses https://tenzing.umbrella.ch/faces/saml

Error message	Meaning	Solution
401 unauthorised	potentially user does not exist in Umbrella Faces	Ensure user exists in Umbrella Faces with matching username

Note: If the mTrip certificate expires then provision of a new one by mTrip can only be activated/included with the next production release of Umbrella Faces

Additional support

Verify that the user exists in Faces and that the is user not registered multiple times in case the SSO is hooked up to something non-unique like the e-mail
If that does not resolve the issue please email faces-support@umbrella.ch providing the exact timestamp of the issue as well as a captured HAR-File for the SSO process.
