Umbrella Faces allows a one-way synchronization from Faces to KDS via automated Files extracted from Faces and sent to KDS server to populate KDS. This takes place daily??
In order for Faces to be able to publish profiles to KDS, the respective travel agency has to apply for the project with KDS so that they can activate and provide the agency/ Umbrella with the necessary SFTP server credentials. Once we are in possesion of the credentials, we can set up the necessary custom fields and internal codes that are necessary for the synchronization to work. The profiles are sorted based on the the company identifier. This is given in the same name custom field on the company level as CODE_<company id>_<company name> i.e: CODE_87703_Wright Brothers. The company ID has to be provided by KDS/ is visible within KDS. The company name should also match the KDS company name??
