Enhanced Deletion and Interface Deactivation Process
We’ve improved the process for deleting companies and deactivating individual interfaces in the system. The updated functionality now includes a detailed confirmation dialog that provides key information about the transaction, such as the number of associated travellers and administrators that will be impacted.
- Company Deletion: Deleting a company will now also remove its associated administrators. However, if an administrator manages multiple companies, only the selected company will be removed from their managed list, preserving their access to the remaining companies.
- Interface Deactivation: When deactivating an interface, the confirmation dialog ensures transparency by summarizing its impact before proceeding.
These enhancements provide a clearer and more secure workflow, minimizing the risk of unintended actions.
New Dialogs for Key Actions
Deleting a Company
When deleting a company, the confirmation dialog now explicitly shows how many travellers and administrators are linked to the company.
- Delete travellers: shows the number of travellers that will be deleted
- Delete comany admins: shows the number of company administrators that will be deleted
- Remove company from admins: shows the number of company administrators from which the company will be removed
Note: All checkboxes need to be checked to be able to execute the "Delete Button". If no profile counts are available or displayed, the checkboxes will be automatically pre-selected.
Disconnecting an Interface
When disconnecting an interface in a company, the confirmation dialog now explicitly shows how many travellers are linked to the company.
- Delete travellers: shows the amount of travellers which will be deleted
Note: The checkboxes needs to be activated and confirmed to be able to execute the "Continue Button". If no profile counts are available or displayed, the checkbox will be automatically pre-selected
After saving changes in the company profile, the interface setup displays the status of any ongoing deletions. This status will automatically disappear once the deletion process is complete.
Travellers: new search option "email:"
We’ve improved the search capabilities within the system, making it even easier to find travellers. You can now search for travellers using their email addresses.
Use the existing keyword search approach and simply enter the prefix email: followed by the email address (e.g., email:example@domain.com
).
Note: Only exact matches (case insensitive) will be found, no wildcards supported
New roles: can use mass import / can use mass export
We’ve updated the access rights for mass import/export to provide more granular control and flexibility.
Separated Rights:
- Can use mass export: Grants the ability to perform mass exports (CSV files).
- Can use mass import: Grants the ability to perform mass imports (CSV files & Read from GDS/OBE). Note: This right automatically requires “Can use mass export” to ensure consistency.
Access Removal:
- The combined access, “Can use mass import/export”, has been deprecated.
- All roles previously assigned the combined right “Can use mass import/export” will automatically be granted both new permissions to ensure continuity.
