- For CSX (Amadeus), values in this field are published as profile notes
- As for Sabre, the values are sent to the general information section of the additional profile information tab. The number of characters to be that can be published to Sabre is limited to under 1000 characters
- When importing profiles into Faces using the option "Read from GDS"- currently available for Sabre and Amadeus -, any information that can not be properly allotted to the fields in Faces due to improper mapping or unsupported formats will be deposited in the comment field. The administrators are therefore required to sort this information and move them to the respective fields in Faces
- This field is only visible to and editable by Agency Administrators.
