AirGateway uses our On-Demand API therefore no configuration is needed on Client's Agency.
It is a One Way connection between Umbrella Faces and AirGateway: The Profile data resides in Faces and AirGateway requests it via API Call when needed.
To set it up, an email should be sent to Jorge Diaz jorge@airgateway.com , copy API Support api-support@umbrella.ch , mentioning the Agency you want to enable it for.
We should also get a confirmation from Client (Email accepted) that it will be ok for AirGateway to access the client's data in Faces.
