| Passport no. | Fill in the passport number Note: All blanks and special characters will be not synchronized to the different interfaces |
Issue date | Enter the date of issue of the passport |
| Issue place | Enter the place of issue of the passport |
| Issue Country | Enter the country in which the passport was issued |
| Expires | Give in the expiration date of the passport |
| Primary Passport | Tick the box if the passport is to be used as a primary passport |
| Add new | Add a new "Passport(s)" tab to enter multiple passports |
Visa Information | |
| Country | Enter the country for which the visa is valid |
| Number | Enter the visa number |
| Issue date | Enter the date of issue |
| Expires | Enter the date of expiration |
| Entry type | Select between Single Entry, Double Entry, Multiple Entry and Other, specified below Note: If "Other, specified below" is selected, another free field where the entry type has to be entered appears next to it |
| Linked passport | The dropdown will contain all passports entered previously to link the Visa |
| Add new | Add a new "Visa Information" tab to enter multiple visas |
Identification cards (optional screen on some configurations) | |
| Country | Enter the nationality here |
| Number | Fill in the national identification card number |
| Issue date | Enter the date of issue here |
| Expires | Give in the date of expiration |
| Add new | Add a new "Identification cards" tab to enter multiple national identification cards |
