In order for Faces to be able to publish profiles to KDS, the respective travel agency has to make a project request with KDS so that the interface can be activated. After successful activation, KDS provides the agency with the necessary SFTP server credentials which have to be made known to Umbrella. Once in possesion of the credentials, we can set up the necessary custom fields and internal codes that are necessary for the synchronization to work. The profiles are sorted to the various Faces companies based on the the company identifier. This is given in the similary named custom field on the company level as CODE_<company id>_<company name> name incl. brackets> i.e: CODE_87703_Wright Brothers (Number 3). The company ID has to be provided by KDS/ is visible within KDS. The company name under "identifier" should match the KDS company name.
