For the time being gender and title can still be used. In the outgoing JSON (Umbrella Faces → external system) the 'old' as well as new fields will be included. For incoming updates (external system → Umbrella Faces), kindly note that With the upcoming change, these fields will be deprecated. We are planning to remove these deprecated fields (gender & title) at some point next year. The exact date will be communicated again and well in advance.
During the deprecation period, both the old and new data structures ("greeting", see below) will be available in the API. However, you should only use either structrue in a Create / Update request (as soon as "greeting" is included in the JSON, "gender & " and "title values " will be ignored if sent at the same time).
