Please open a "Service Request" in Amadeus Service Hub (ASH) to request for cytric Companion activation. We will provide you with a current "Umbrella cCPS activation template" upon request and urge you to attach this template in the SR. You can the fill out a similar one under:  https://servicehub.amadeus.com/c/portal/view-solution/65590231. If you do not have access to ASH, please contact your Amadeus account manager for further support.
