In order for Umbrella Faces to interact with Magnatech, access must be setup for the Magnatech MagnaTicketsWS .
The Magnatech MagnaTicketsWS is a web service that is provided to clients who are subscribed to Magnatech’s OnTrack (unused ticket tracker) or PreTrip Data services

Please therefore request to Managtech credentials for the MagnaTicketWS.
