  1. In most cases this is due to Sabre webservices being down/ unreachable
  2. In rare cases it can be due to network problems at Nine (the webhosting agency)

the issues is solved on Sabre's end. If the issue is with Nine, Faces support team/Umbrella IT will co-ordinate this with them to ensure that the problem is solved asap
