| Username | The username must be unique in the agency. A traveller profile can therefore not have the same username as that of an administrator |
| Name | First name and surname of the administrator |
| E-Mail address of the administrator | |
| Send Credentials | After creating a profile, one can send the credentials to the user so that he/ she can log into Umbrella Faces |
| Phone | Phone number of the administrator |
| Active | Check box to activate or deactivate the administrator |
